Was founded in 1967 and has been committed to providing excellent services to customers with professional expertise and high-quality Lug Cap/ Screw Cap. We specialize in the production of bottle caps, tinplate and aluminum sheet printing, glass bottles, and bottle caps.


In 2004, a dedicated department for the production of PE plastic gaskets was established. The materials utilized comprise PP film material from Mitsui Chemicals Tohcello, Inc., manufactured in Japan, and electronic cross-linked PE foam material (eFOAM) produced in Taiwan. These gaskets are supplied to prominent plastic cap and bottle manufacturing plants.

Quality Control Process
  • Printing :
    Paint film thickness, printing colors.
  • Forming :
    Measuring the dimensions of various parts of the formed cover, gluing and padding thickness, stretch elasticity, oil resistance, heat resistance. A sample of the daily produced products is retained for one year.

Two production lines of foreign capping equipment were introduced.

An additional plant was built at the Yongkang plant, and the production and printing of bottle caps were merged. The former Anhe Road plant stopped production.
1988
In Yongkang factory, a printing production line was added, and all the printing equipment of the original Anhe Road was abandoned.

Purchased 14,900 square meters of Huangong Road, Yongkang Industrial Zone from Taiwan Land Development Corporation
1981
Tongda Metal Industry (Shares) Co., Ltd. was changed to Jingmei Industrial Co., Ltd. after merging with Kamellia Enterprise Co., Ltd.
1975
Kamellia Enterprise Co., Ltd. is cooperating with Tongda, and its business is booming. Cai Mingsong is appointed as the chairman of the board.
1974
In order to meet the needs of iron sheet printing for bottle caps, shareholders were summoned to establish Tongda Metal Industry Co., Ltd. . On September 20 of the same year, he purchased 5,000 square meters of land and above-ground buildings at No. 40, Lane 54, Section 2, Anhe Road.
1969-1971
The chairman, Mr. Xu Lianchi, began to engage in the bottle cap industry, and the production of dolls gradually stopped.
1967
Mr. Xie Yizhang established Kamellia Enterprise Co., Ltd. Production PVC ragdolls. The factory is located on Zhongzheng South Road, Yongkang City (behind Taipower).
